Our members are primarily mixed species practices. We have sister networks in the UK, New Zealand and Canada. At XLVets, we have a strong reputation for investing in people and we fully understand the needs of a graduate vet in the early stages of their career. Our structured programme is available to all new and recent graduates working at one of our member practices. Dedicated learning time is allocated to the programme as well as the support of an experienced veterinary surgeon who will be there to mentor and guide you through the learning experience. The programme will provide you with a solid foundation on which to build a solid and long-term career within the XLVets network. The Programme is a two year comprehensive practical and theory-based programme providing essential CPD required for a new Graduates first job in practice.
